    Pottery Workshop and Batroun Tour: A Day of Culture, Craft, and Charm Join us for an unforgettable day in the stunning village of Assia and the charming coastal city of Batroun, where history, art, and tradition come together!

    We’ll begin our adventure in Batroun, a city steeped in history. Explore the vibrant old souk, wander through ancient streets, and visit iconic landmarks like the Saint Stephen Church, the Phoenician Wall, and the impressive Fortress of Batroun. This is a place where every corner tells a story.

    Next, we’ll head to Assia, a picturesque village known for its rich history and breathtaking landscapes. Assia, named after a monk who once cared for the sick, is home to ancient relics, including sarcophagi, historical churches, and traditional grape and olive presses. In Assia, we’ll immerse ourselves in the ancient art of pottery.

    A local artisan will demonstrate the traditional techniques passed down through generations, and you’ll have the opportunity to try your hand at creating your own masterpiece. This hands-on experience is a unique way to connect with local craftsmanship. You can even purchase handmade pieces to take home.

    After a day filled with culture and creativity, we’ll enjoy a delicious homemade lunch prepared by the welcoming people of Assia, offering a true taste of local hospitality. Don’t miss out on this special day of exploration, learning, and connecting with the heart of Lebanon’s history and craft.
