    Join us for a unique journey through the El Metn wine region, where we'll uncover the secrets of exceptional winemaking and explore the captivating charm of this beautiful area. To kick off our wine tour, we offer an optional hike that takes you to the enchanting ruins of the Moukarzel Hotel, providing breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views that set the stage for an unforgettable day.

    As we journey into the heart of El Metn, we'll explore three exceptional wineries, including one of Lebanon's oldest wineries, and two others, each with its own unique charm:

    Riachi Winery, Khenchara: Our adventure commences at the historic Riachi Winery and Distillery in Khenchara. With a rich heritage spanning eight generations, Riachi stands as Lebanon's oldest continuously operating beverage manufacturer. Their extensive portfolio includes high-end wines, arak, gin, vodka, liqueurs, and even Lebanon's very first single malt whisky.

    Cave du Monastère St. Jean, Khenchara: Our next stop brings us to the charming village of Khenchara, where we'll explore the winemaking traditions of the Metn region at Cave du Monastère St. Jean. Here, you'll encounter a rich variety of wines, from reds and whites to rosés and sweet blends, all crafted against the backdrop of picturesque hillsides.

    Mysterre Winery, Dhour Choueir, Ain Sindyene: Our final destination transports us to Mysterre Winery, nestled in the idyllic landscape of Dhour Choueir, Ain Sindyene. Here, you'll have the privilege of savoring the unique flavors of Mysterre wines. Founded by Hady Jerdak, a passionate winemaker committed to perfection, Clos Mysterre has earned its reputation for meticulous care at every stage of winemaking, from tending to the grapes in Ain Sindyene, his beloved village, to the precise bottling and storage of these exceptional wines.

    Alongside our wine discoveries, we'll take a leisurely stroll and relish a specially homemade lunch prepared by the owners of Mysterre Winery in a delightful garden setting. Join us for a day filled with exploration, exceptional wines, and the natural beauty of El Metn.

    PRICE: 60$ per person including transport, wine tasting, guides, insurance and lunch.

    WHAT TO GET: Light snacks that will boost up your energy such as dried fruits, water, cap, sunglasses and sunscreen. Wear comfortable shoes such as hiking shoes and always keep a windproof jacket in your backpack.

    SPECIAL RATES:
    - Children with the age of 10 and younger will have a discount of 5$.
    - Children/ Teenagers between the age of 11 and 18 will have a discount of 4$.
    - University students will have a discount of 3$ provided that they present their university card.
    - Groups with 5 to 9 persons, with different criteria than the above, will get a 2$ discount.
    - Groups with 10 or more persons, with different criteria than the above, will get a 3$ discount.

    PAYMENT TERMS:
    - Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged half-price.
    - Reservations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged an extra 2$.
    (e.g. Cancelling or booking for a Sunday’s event on Saturday will be subject to the above terms).

    ESSENTIAL ECOTOURISTIC RULES & REGULATIONS
    - Smoking is strictly prohibited during the event
    - Always follow the guide on the designated trail
    - Do not go off road without notifying the guide
    - Do not get close to a cliff especially when the guide in charge tells you not to do so
    - Although accidents are covered by the insurance but they remain under the responsibility of the member
    - Sometimes, due to reasons beyond our control, slight modifications to the program may occur. Ecotourism rules must be followed, otherwise personal accidents will not be accounted for by the insurance.
